“Operation NUNALIVUT is one of our most austere and challenging operations in the High Arctic. It enables all three elements to polish their Arctic skills in a collaborative operation. I am proud that our men and women in uniform deployed on Operation NUNALIVUT have the opportunity to experience the unique environment found only in the High Arctic, while demonstrating northern sovereignty.” Brigadier-General Mike Nixon, Commander, Joint Task Force (North).
